Here you will find a small selection of questions and answers that can hopefully answer any queries that you may have, as well as hopefully facilitating and easing the letting process of your holiday property. In our role as your able partner, we will gladly help you at any time needs be. That is what we are here for.

1. How is CASAMUNDO's commission calculated?
As the landlord you determine the gross price, in which the 12% level of commission is included. After the customers arrival, we will transfer you the rental fee, with our commission deducted plus VAT.

2. Do I have to worry about the general terms and conditions?
No, you don't have to worry. When the customer books a property, they are required to accept CASAMUNDO's terms and conditions which act as a safeguard to you as the landlord, in the event of cancellation, for example.

3. Am I able to change the price of my holiday property?
Of course you can adapt the price of your property. However, it is important to bear in mind that any price adaptations have no effect on any existing bookings or enquiries
made prior to the changes.

4. As the landlord, am I able to to determine the platforms on which my property is shown?
Unfortunately not. You are only able to present your property on the German platform, casamundo.de.

5. Why do I have to provide you with my bank details?
After the customers arrival, we automatically transfer the rental fee to your bank account, minus commission. Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to operate in any other alternative payment methods.

6. Can I decide who can rent my property?
Of course. If you are not willing to rent your property to: young groups, animals or smokers, for example, you can state this in the property description. Please ensure to formulate your specifications plainly to make things as clear as possible to the customer

7. What are the advantages of advertising my property through CASAMUNDO?
CASAMUNDO ensures that your property reaches a very high level of circulation, in addition to this you will have an strong and experienced partner behind you. Also, don't forget that it is you and you only who has complete control of pricing and availability and how your property is portrayed.

8. Is it worth writing an extensive description or will a few keywords suffice?
Customers want to know the score when it comes to the property: what advantages it has in comparison with other properties, how the interior and exterior are looking, whether the garden has a fence around it or whether or not the landlord lives on the premises. Try to put yourself in the customers shoes in order to answer all relevant questions. Then just add a few descriptive photos and the presentation of your holiday property is complete. Be sure to be mindful of spelling and grammar.

9. Is it possible to link from the property description or pictures to my own homepage, email address, telephone number etc.?
Unfortunately this is not possible. We would not be able to offer your property on our site if this were the case. The customer obtains all important information, as well as relevant
travel documents from us. However, just before arrival, they can turn to you with any particularly specific or last minute questions that they may have.

10. Who is in charge of the lodgers queries?
All queries, questions and bookings will be dealt with our competent and friendly service personnel, 7 days a week.

11. How do I obtain my login details?
To log in, please use your email address and the password you selected during registration.
